How to Make Tea Pillows

Filtering the remaining tea with gauze, then pouring the tea leaves into a small enamel dish and placed on the balcony to dry. First soak the tea in hot water, then remove it, dry it, and then put it in a pillow, seal it and use it.
 
It is advisable to make tea pillows with green tea slag, white tea slag, yellow tea slag and oolong tea slag. It need to be placed in a cool place and should not exposed to the sun. Otherwise, the aroma of the tea will be lost and the effect of tea will be reduced.
 
Generally, the tea residue in the pillow should be replaced every 3 months. The pillowcase is preferably made of cotton or silk.
